The story of the Woodpecker:
At any family wedding, my grandfather started the tradition of welcoming the newest family member with a potato-masher shaped like a... woodpecker :) The gift was often given at the bridal-shower, to assure the new family member that should his sons be home late, the brides could entertain themselves while prepping dinner. Granddad asked me to keep the tradition when I started woodworking. I welcome you to our family with these unique utensils, a great reminder to not take life too seriously.
Handmade and ready to use. This unique kitchen utensil stands at 11 1/2 inches tall. Carrying on a tradition of mashing potatoes by hand, keeping the kitchen full of laughter. A hilarious gift for anyone, from experienced chefs to new cooks.
Disclaimer: These gifts are meant for kitchen use only :)
